Returns & Exchanges

At KAZO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
